These machines dispense, cut, and apply shrink wrapping and tamper-evident seals, or ‘caps’, to a product. Shrink sleeve machines operate at very high speeds, requiring a knife that is precise, durable, and able to withstand friction and material wear. Manufacturers often use one stationary and one moving knife in the cutting process.
